What you will do:

As a Senior Content Designer at TheFork, you'll help shape the content vision for our dining experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, consistent, and compelling content for both diners and restaurant partners. You'll play an influential role in our content strategy by promoting strong content design practices that deliver intuitive and engaging experiences users love.

Content Vision & Excellence

  • Articulate a clear and compelling content direction for your product area within your tribes
  • Ensure content solutions meet quality targets and reflect our voice and tone
  • Drive high standards across all product touchpoints
  • Develop deep understanding of the dining ecosystem to inform content decisions

People & Collaboration

  • Mentor content designers, cultivate creativity, and create opportunities for growth
  • Foster alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, and Content teams
  • Promote a user-centric content culture across TheFork
  • Model excellent content practices, including giving and receiving constructive feedback

Content Leadership & Innovation

  • Lead by example through rigorous problem-solving and exceptional craft
  • Apply diverse methodologies to solve complex content challenges
  • Contribute to the overall product direction through evidence-based approaches
  • Advocate for diners and restaurants at all levels of the organization

Content Systems & Standards

  • Establish and evolve content standards that ensure consistent, high-quality experiences
  • Create frameworks and guidelines that empower other content designers
  • Architect and evolve content components within our Tasty design system
  • Identify and implement improvements to content workflows and tools

 

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

  • 5+ years of content design experience with a proven track record
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other content designers
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional content strategy and execution
  • Deep understanding of user-centered content design principles
  • French or Italian speaker
  • Full proficiency in English

  • Experience creating or contributing to content systems
  • Experience working closely with localisation teams
