YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will integrate the Supply Chain Domain within the IT Global organization in charge of the Run activities and Projects impacting the different SAP Core solutions (ECC and S4 Hana) and/or satellite applications. The team is an SAP Competence Center of strong SAP experts in interaction everyday with the business and IT of L’Oreal Supply Chain.

What a day in the life looks like:

You will be the lead of SAP Supply Chain Execution team at core level.

You will participate in the transformation to SAP S4 Hana by managing the ongoing activities for affiliates that are already live, including incident resolution, problem management and the implementation of new enhancements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance of ECC legacies for core capabilities.

You will join a complex organization and you will work on both run and project activities with a lot of challenges in an international context. Your stakeholders on the business side will be the Global Operation direction of L’Oréal and you will be also in contact with the local business in countries. Your stakeholders on IT side will be all the other teams that could be involved on integrated topics (Operations, Architecture, Developments, Data…).

L’Oréal also launched a big transformation program to rationalize and redesign all the L’Oréal processes and landscape based on SAP S/4 for all L’Oréal entities worldwide. And the run activities of this new Core are being transferred to our team.

The position is located in our Beauty Tech Headquarters close to L’Oreal Headquarters, a very trendy and Tech place, L’Oreal minded where all IT of L’Oreal working on Data, Architecture, Infrastructure, Online and Offline applications are located and offers a lot of possibility of mobility and skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP Supply Chain Execution team, providing guidance and support to team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Improve the WoW (way of working) with different stakeholders NEO project (S4 Hana), AMS (External outsourcing support) and the business.

• Follow and track all KPI related to the run activities (incident, problem, demand, project…)

• Manage all team activities, including planning, prioritization, resources (internal and external).

• Upskill the team on NEO solution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Good knowledge of supply chain topics

• Strong SAP skills on MM, WM and LE (+ any other modules)

• Management experience

• You are comfortable in English as you will interact with different countries in the world and participate to meeting in English

• Good communication
