Within this context we are seeking a passionate and experienced Tech Performance Optimization Manager (Software, Cloud, Services) .

You will maximize L’Oréal’s competitive edge by transforming tech spend into strategic value through the expert management of our investments in Cloud, Software, and service assets

You’ll be accountable for :

  • Providing strategic recommendations to leadership, supporting informed decision-making on usage, investments, and value creation.
  • Exploring and assessing emerging AI/Gen AI cost models and leading the optimization of our associated investments
  • Creating strong awareness among end-users about solution cost, AI consumption mechanisms, and value creation, helping them to make cost efficient usage decisions.
  • Driving a strong community dynamic actively animating Tech, Finance and Purchasing networks globally to share insights, anticipate changes and coordinate actions.
  • Driving our Buy Less strategy, including adoption & usage intensity measurement and other global optimizations strategies


  • Licenses volume sizing & monitoring in collaboration with Solution owners
  • Animating and coordinating Solution inventories with all stakeholders: Solution owner IT & Business Stakeholders (Global/Zone/Local)
  • Building and animating dashboards, KPIs and optimization plans, ensuring clear visibility and alignment across the Group.


THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • You have 10+ years’ work experience and abackground ineither FinOps,Business Value,Software Asset Management, IT Financial Management, IT Procurement/Purchasing, Management Consulting (Tech), FP&A (Tech),TechnologyBusinessManagement, or related fields .
  • A deep understanding of the IT and Techenvironmentand anunderstanding oflicenses mechanisms,including new AI/GenAIcost models
  • Excellent collaboration, communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with IT, Business, Purchasing, Finance, Legaland other teamsata global scale
  • Proactive, organized, rigorous, andpossessingsharp analytical skills. You have a strong service orientation, an ability to lead working groups, and to positively influence.
  • Fluent English required
  • Skills in Business Intelligence are a plus
