Your role on the team

• Delivery leader (60%):
  • Ensure the team uses appropriate engineering practices
  • Is responsible of the technical quality and compliance with the technical frame of the delivery
  • Upskill and onboarding of the team,
  • assign engineers to scrum teams according to needs and skills
  • Responsible of global technical consistency design of the solutions
• Innovator (20%)
  • Invests in continual improvements of the platform to meet the changing needs and environment - Innovation
  • Actively involved in the Engineering community
• Anticipator (20%)
  • Understand and challenge the product owner needs to ensure the technical robustness
  • Plan the team size and skills with the management and the PO
  • Scoping and estimation process

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership skills, Architecture skills and Development skills
• Proficiency across modern development ecosystems, including command-line tools and cloud platforms for building scalable solutions
• Being able to not just code but also able to define the standards
• Capacity to be a facilitator (animating technical sessions, fail fast, right to make mistakes) and a trainer (knowledge transfer, sharing)
• Problem anticipation & solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and have significant experience in influencing others and moving towards a common goal,
• Ability to demonstrate strong resilience and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment,
• Team spirit with other Tech Lead: Share difficulties and ideas; solve problem together
• Innovator: Aware of new IT innovations and development best practices
• Empathy

Must have skills

• Advanced degree in engineering or technical/scientific field of study or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in Software Engineering
• Significant track record on DevOps, experience working with Docker
• Experience on Full life cycle on dev projects (from source to delivery)
• Significant track record on data development
• Recognized leadership in software development

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with Go
• Knowledge on SAP data model, SLT Replication is a bonus
