Within the R&I Legal Department, we seek a passionate and committed Research & Innovation Lawyer (M/F).

Type of contract: Permanent - CDI

Workplace: Clichy

Your mission:

As a true Business Partner, you will support our operational and functional teams on all legal issues related to research and innovation.

Advice and support: You advise and support the operational and functional teams on all legal aspects of Research & Innovation activities (contracts, intellectual property, regulations, etc.).

Negotiation and drafting legal documents: You negotiate and draft contracts (research, collaboration, confidentiality, etc.) in French and English.

Legal compliance: You ensure the legal compliance of R&I activities and implement the necessary procedures and tools to minimize risks.

Legal monitoring: You conduct in-depth legal monitoring and keep teams informed of legislative and regulatory developments impacting R&I.

Awareness and training: You raise awareness and train R&I teams on good legal practices and risk management.

Your assets to make a difference:

  • Advanced education in business law/intellectual property law (Master 2, DJCE, CAPA, etc.).
  • More than one significant job experience as a contracts lawyer in companies or law firms, ideally in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or biotechnology sector.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and proactive approach.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for innovation.
