YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Within the Beauty Tech HRIS department, you will join the Innovation team as a Project Manager and Artificial Intelligence Expert at Global level. Your key role will be to accelerate the digital transformation of Human Resources by identifying, assessing and deploying disruptive solutions based on cutting-edge technologies and AI. You will contribute to L’Oréal’s strategic challenges and shape the future of our HR tools.
You will work in close collaboration with IT and HR teams at the CORE level, and develop strong partnerships with our zone, country and business coordinator teams.
