The position

Job description

You’ll be part of the D2C factory, a cross-expertise team dedicated to provide a global e-commerce framework to the L’Oréal group. The goal of this framework is to centralize all the features that can be mutualized between our brands and markets and distribute this core in a cost-effective way. Here are the activities you’ll perform to fulfill this mission:

  • Provide the D2C factory with expert support and knowledge on Salesforce B2C Commerce
  • Help evolving the Architecture for our group D2C framework built on top of Salesforce B2C Commerce
  • Help building training/onboarding material to spread our best practices
  • Validate technical solutions on the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform (design reviews, code reviews), ensuring our Architecture guidelines are respected
  • Drive or contribute to Proof of Concepts or MVPs
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve the platform continuously (ex: DevOps tools, perf monitoring strategy, QA automation)
  • Supervise the integration of globalized/internationalized solutions within our framework
  • Participate in framework advocacy and support for our internal clients

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to show great curiosity in understanding the technologies:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce implementation and integration with various business systems, ideally in a complex, international, large scale environment.
  • Prior significative experience as SF B2C Commerce Tech lead or Solution Architect
  • Experience in designing and developing software components for the web
  • Experience with source control management, automated CI/CD stacks, and common software delivery patterns
  • Good level of English both written and spoken, as most of our projects involve international business and/or international IT Teams.
  • Good experience in Agile would be a +.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills. Strong autonomy, action oriented
