The position

Job description

Member of the IT & Digital team, you will be involved at the heart of the Group’s various development projects across an international scope (3 Business Units: EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC – 3 R&D centres in France, the UK & Germany – 4 industrial sites in France & Germany).

In line with the IT strategy defined by the Executive Director of IT & Digital, your mission will be to:

Contribute to the implementation of the Security Policy:

  • Carry out all monitoring and audit tasks to safeguard the security of our information system

  • Propose architectures aligned with security best practices for applications

Contribute to Risk Analysis:

  • Identify and assess cybersecurity risks, threats, and their potential impacts

  • Study methods and measures for risk control

  • Participate in prevention planning

Advise and provide technical recommendations:

  • Present risks to the various project stakeholders

  • Propose necessary evolutions/innovations to ensure the security of the information system

  • Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives

  • Maintain ongoing cybersecurity monitoring

Audit and Control:

  • Ensure follow-up on action plans to correct potential vulnerabilities

  • Oversee the implementation of penetration tests and draft audit reports

Your profile

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) with a specialisation in cybersecurity and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

You have expertise in:

  • Solid knowledge and experience in the following areas: market security tools (Vulnerability Management, EDR), cybersecurity risk management, network and communication security, identity and access management…

  • Ability to lead and supervise security deployment projects

  • Strong listening, communication, and service-oriented skills: going beyond “tech talk” and translating complex issues into simple, accessible language for all levels of the organisation

  • High autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to adapt to various situations (new technologies/new languages)

  • Professional level of English required

  • Education and certifications: Degree in cybersecurity or related field, with relevant certifications (NSE, Palo Alto) (CISA, CISSP, CISM, GIAC, GSEC… are a plus)
