The position

Job description

L-Acoustics- CAMCO, Wenden Germany site is seeking a Hardware Engineer – Electronics Industrialization to design, develop, and optimize electronic boards and systems for professional audio applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering and hardware development, with a focus on industrialization, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and test electronic boards and systems for audio applications.
  • Organize production and testing of electronic boards.
  • Write and maintain documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Industrialization, R&D, Purchasing) and external contractors.
  • Investigate and resolve reported technical issues.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new technical solutions.
  • Optimize component selection for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure reliability as a top priority in all designs.
  • Support certification processes for compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in hardware development and electronics industrialization.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB design, embedded systems, and testing.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
