Job description

Since 1984, L-Acoustics has been at the forefront of transforming the professional audio industry. We build ideas into cutting-edge products, grow these products into thriving businesses, and scale these businesses that revolutionize sound experiences worldwide.

What started as a small team has evolved into a global organization dedicated to realizing this vision. Each member of our team shares our passion for designing and manufacturing sound systems that deliver the highest, most consistent, and predictable performance levels.

L-ISA Technology is a revolutionary combination of innovative loudspeaker configurations and object-based mixing and processing tools. From studio environments to live performances, L-ISA Immersive Hyperreal Sound provides a new canvas for creative expression.

L-ISA was born of the union between a team of sound engineers from the performing arts, professional audio equipment designers and experimental research engineers in acoustics and signal processing. Together, they have introduced new concepts for professional sound reinforcement to provide the creators of music, designers and sound engineers with a platform for three-dimensional sound creation.

Ecosystem & missions :

The Audio Content Asset Manager – L-ISA will oversee the creation, organization, and delivery of audio content assets that support the demonstration, training, and strategic communication of the L-ISA ecosystem. This role bridges the creative and technical domains of immersive audio production, serving as the primary custodian of high-quality audio materials used across global initiatives.

His/her key responsibilities will revolve around:

  • Audio Content Creation: Compose and produce original audio content for demos, trainings, showcases, and reference materials, ensuring alignment with L-ISA’s immersive capabilities and brand tone.

  • Mixing and Post-Production: Manage and execute multitrack mixing sessions—primarily in Pro Tools—for stereo and immersive formats, preparing professional-grade assets for internal and external use.

  • Studio Session Coordination: Provide direct support of L-ISA mixing sessions in both internal and external studios, coordinating with the relevant departments, external engineers, and partners to ensure content that highlights L-ISA’s spatial audio potential.

  • Asset Management: Implement best practices for organizing, cataloging, and archiving audio assets, maintaining version control and ensuring clarity around licensing and usage rights.

  • Spatial Audio Integration: Where applicable, mix content using L-ISA Studio or other spatial audio platforms to create spatialized demonstrations that reflect real-world deployment scenarios.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the product marketing, R&D, Artistic Engagement and Application teams to ensure audio content aligns with the strategic and technical messaging of the brand.

  • Technical Feedback and Development Support: Provide creative input and user-level feedback on tools such as L-ISA Studio, L-ISA Controller, or related platforms based on real-world mixing and content development use cases.

The ideal candidate is a versatile audio professional who combines a strong artistic sensibility with technical fluency. They are deeply familiar with the workflows of modern audio production and passionate about immersive sound experiences. Equally comfortable behind a mixing console or organizing an audio archive, they bring a high level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail to every project.
