About the role
We are seeking a master orchestrator to lead one of Kyriba's next flagship product initiatives. As the Principal Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives, you will be the single point of accountability for the successful, end-to-end delivery of a complex, cross-functional program. This role is primarily focused on program execution and governance, ensuring that our most critical R&D investment is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard. You will establish the operating rhythm for the program, drive alignment across all corners of the business, and serve as the central hub for planning, execution, and communication.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Program Governance & Execution: Establish and run the operating rhythm for the initiative. Develop and manage the master program plan, identify and mitigate risks, and track dependencies across multiple workstreams. You are the owner of the end-to-end execution.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary operational leader, synchronizing the efforts of Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. Ensure seamless collaboration and communication between all teams.
Strategic Alignment & Roadmap Delivery: Translate the product strategy into a detailed, executable program plan. Ensure that the program's deliverables and timelines remain tightly aligned with the strategic goals and business case.
Go-to-Market Readiness: Drive the GTM readiness process across the organization. Ensure that all commercial and operational teams are prepared for a successful launch, with clear enablement plans, defined success metrics, and coordinated launch activities.
Stakeholder Communications & Reporting: Implement and manage a clear communication plan for all stakeholders. Deliver regular, transparent updates on program status, risks, and milestones to the executive leadership team and the broader organization.
Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Extensive experience in program management within a product development context, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
Formal program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) is highly desirable.
Deep expertise in establishing and running program governance frameworks, including risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
Hands-on experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Asana) to manage complex plans and provide visibility to stakeholders.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to orchestrate and influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading go-to-market (GTM) readiness programs, ensuring that the entire organization is prepared for product launches.
A strategic thinker who excels at breaking down a high-level vision into a structured, actionable execution plan.
Familiarity with change management methodologies and user adoption strategies is a strong plus.
