The Role

Kyndryl apprentices program opens up the possibility for students to start building their professional life in a well-known international company; it also gives them an insight to a big corporate environment. The apprentice will have the chance to work on global innovation initiatives and to develop himself/herself under the supervision of experienced professionals and mentors who lead the students throughout their stay in the company.

Kyndryl apprenticeship program is designed to offer students mentoring, training and plenty of practical experience. It is meant to grow a student’s potential and shape their career. The program is focused on both: learning and practical project tasks.

Intern’s will be part of the consulting team within the Global Practice Applications, Data & AI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work on innovative initiatives related to Applications, Data & Artificial Intelligence

• Run your internship project and present it at the end in front of the management audience

• Active participation in team meetings and preparing documentation or presentation about your project

• Administrative support of the Consult team

• Completion of all assigned trainings

• Deliver agreed results and proactively communicate along the way

• An active student, final year of Business or Engineering school (BAC+5)

• Knowledge of English at least B2+ level

• Technical background and basic data & AI skills are welcomed

• Ability to deliver agreed results proactively and communicate along the way

• Willingness to develop yourself in the international environment

• Self-driven person
