She arrived at Kwanko in 2009.
In the beginning, she was in charge of Eastern and Central European markets, specifically the Polish one where we opened the offices in Warsaw. she handled the account managers missions but also the business developer's ones.
After that, she started working for the French market where she handled different positions, such as the Client Director, with the management of key accounts (La Poste, Booking, Gémo and many others) and by the end the Team Leader managing the e-commerce team. One year ago she changed into a totally new position, tailored made for me: Head of Process and Talent Development. It's a traversal position where she acts on different fields.She is a member of the Business Committee to monitor the business and deploy our CPA strategy. She also manages the trainings via the digital learning platform and via one-to-one trainings. Finally, she is a major stakeholder for technical projects. She works with the technical team on different products such as new Kwanko Platform.
After a first professional experience in a consulting firm, Gregory joined Kwanko in February 2014 as a junior developer. Today, after nearly 6 years, with the experience he has acquired, he is a backend and frontend developer within the team in charge of developing the new Kwanko platform, while being based in Lisbon where he was able in the past year to help set up a new development team in Portugal.
Valeriya is a Senior Account Manager at Kwanko. She joined the adventure in May 2015 and she has not seen the time pass. From my first day she discovered an exciting area of affiliation and received a warm welcome from my new Kwanko family colleagues. As a Senior Account Manager, my main mission is managing and supporting an advertisers' portfolio on various online acquisition issues. The daily tasks are very varied: the implementation of visibility, traffic and conversion plans, the campaigns' management with the thoroughgoing reports, the KPIs' analysis and the performances' optimization, etc. Every day is different from the previous one and we never get bored.
