The position

Job description

We are seeking for our future US Delivery Manager to join our New York Office.

Their main mission will be to ensure the efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of software products, services, and training to customers and partners, and to facilitate coordination between customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsabilities:

Team and activity management:

  • Managing skills development, participating in team member recruitment, leading team meetings, organizing annual reviews with goal setting, managing team schedules (absences, training, meetings, projects), and tracking allocations. Compliance with company policies and processes. Production of activity reports and monitoring of KPIs. Implementation and monitoring of daily team meetings and team governance.

Coordination of project execution and training for customers:

  • Optimisation of project planning.

  • Ensuring the efficiency of technical installations with team members.

  • Defining and maintaining a project delivery model describing the roles, responsibilities and key stages of a project.

  • Monitoring workload and associated revenues with Project Managers (PMs).

  • Support Project Managers in customer management and execution optimization.

  • Management of Customer projects : Coordinate actions in line with customer expectations, ensure respect of project scopes, schedule tasks according to project process, track risks of exceeding days with associated action plan.

  • Production of project reports for the Exco and Revenue Teams.

  • Coordination of relations with partners who carry out Kurmi installations (support, maintaining skills).

  • Participation in customer steering committee meetings.

Continuous improvement:

  • Systematisation of project feedback through retrospectives

  • Carrying out end-of-project satisfaction surveys in conjunction with the CSM

  • Steering Simplification / Transformation projects

  • Coordinating the updating of customer use cases to improve R&D-QA test coverage

Cross-functional activities:

  • Responsible for providing roadmap requests to the Product team and get technical knowledge transfer in connection with new versions.

  • Liaising with the Revenue team to improve the definition of services and share operational news and support for pre-sales in the context of POCs or Pilots.

  • Team representative for Maintenance requests to R&D.


Preferred experience

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Experience: 5 years to 10 years in team management and Project Management in a software vendor, integrator, or Telecom operator.

  • Technical Skills: Master of Agile Project management framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), good understanding of UC technologies, experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.

  • Understanding: Thorough understanding of telecom/unified communications, web systems, API integration and software architectures.

Soft skills:

  • Solution-focused and service-oriented.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Strong capabilities in team management

  • Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.

  • Independent, proactive, and highly organized.


Salary:

  • The salary range for this role, if based in New York City is starting at $125,000 annually, coupled with potential performance-based bonuses. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
