This role reports directly to the Director of Engineering Operations and serves as a key execution partner to the Engineering Directors across our global organisation.

Our mission is to ensure every engineer across every product line is equipped with the best systems, processes and support to build, deploy and operate products securely and reliably.

At Kraken, the Technical Programme Manager (TPM), Engineering Enablement plays a crucial role in coordinating complex initiatives across our global teams. You will drive the execution, planning and change management for high-priority technical projects that directly impact our global delivery capability and developer experience.
