It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.

We’re looking for a Digital Learning Experience Designer to make learning irresistible. You’ll design, create, and curate digital learning experiences that engage, inspire, and deliver results, while owning our LMS and content vendor relationships.

What you’ll do...

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end digital learning experience on our LMS.
  • Design, create, and curate high-quality, brand-aligned learning content (multimedia, e-learning, and blended formats).
  • Manage and evaluate relationships with content vendors to ensure value, quality, and alignment with our learning strategy.
  • Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and scalable across regions.
  • Use data and learner insights to refine content, optimise engagement, and drive impact.
  • What you’ll need...

  • Proven experience in digital learning design, including use of e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, Rise) and multimedia platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI and how it shapes engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience managing LMS platforms and digital workflows.
  • Project management, prioritisation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business needs and measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and best practices in inclusive learning design.
  • It would be great if you have...

  • Experience with learning analytics and reporting to track ROI and learner adoption.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning design and interactive technologies.
