    We offer a Hybrid Annual Review process. Part of the annual review is conducted using an internal digital tool. The other part is carried out during a "face-to-face" meeting so that everyone can have a feedback on their professional achievements. The aim of this interview is to help the employee, the manager, the management and consequently the company to progress simultaneously.

    We want all our employees to be able to express themselves freely throughout the year. We therefore listen to all their proposals for professional development (creation of positions or change of position).

    Through various programmes, such as Employee Advocacy or Excutive Profiler, we want to give each member of our Dream Team the opportunity to express their talent and expertise.
