The Project Manager manages & implements cross-departmental projects. His/her responsibilities include the coordination and completion of cross-departmental projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of cross-departmental projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise the progress of the cross-departmental project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of a cross-departmental project.Your responsibilities:Advanced understanding of the Kiwi.com business model and internal operations: What VI is and how it works, how the company makes money, key partners, industry and Kiwi.com terminology, Kiwi.com Guarantee, fare types etc.Advanced understanding of Kiwi.com vision and strategy to provide context to various projects.Advanced understanding of the offered product(s). Ability to: (i) implement and drive cross-departmental and cross-organizational processes and initiatives to support the Kiwi.com business model(ii) translate Kiwi.com vision and strategy into actionable cross-departmental / cross-organizational project plans, business cases etc.Advanced level literacy in project budgeting, drafting and presenting business cases, calculating ROIs, monitoring and optimising costs.Advanced level literacy in cost reporting.Advanced understanding of processes related to setting, monitoring and implementing the company's OKRs, KRs and sub-objectives.Advanced understanding of business processes, in particular in the travel industry.We would like to see you apply if you:Have proven working experience in the project management field, including project planning, budgeting, quality management, risk and change management, project monitoring and reporting, and project evaluation.Have a proven track record in managing cross-departmental projects.Have advanced knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2/Lean/SixSigma/Agile or similar).Have advanced knowledge of project management tools and the ability to configure and automate them.Have a proven track record in internal and external stakeholder management and executive leadership.
