The position

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Production Manager to oversee the production of still and video shoots across all platforms, with a strong focus on digital content. Acting as the link between creative, marketing, communications, collection and digital teams, you will ensure that every project is executed seamlessly — on time, on budget, and aligned with business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Plan, organize, and manage the full production process of photo and video shoots (from pre-production, post-production to delivery).

·       Coordinate with creative, marketing, communications, digital, commercial and all relevant stakeholders to translate briefs into actionable production plans.

·       Source, brief, and manage external partners: photographers, videographers, stylists, set designers, models, and agencies.

·       Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective productions.

·       Secure locations, permits, equipment, and all necessary resources for each shoot with the production agency.

·       Supervise shoots on set, ensuring creative consistency, quality standards, and smooth operations.

·       Adapt content production for multiple channels, especially digital and social platforms (social media, e-commerce, websites, paid media, etc.) and manage all the post production of the assets.

·       Ensure final assets are delivered in line with brand guidelines, deadlines, and platform requirements.


Preferred experience

·       Proven experience (5+ years) in production management, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or other creative industries.

·       Solid understanding of the fashion industry, trends, and its specific production requirements.

·       Strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms and their content formats.

·       Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

·       Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

·       Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

·       Creative eye and attention to detail, with a passion for high-quality visuals.

·       Fluency in english / French.
