As a Senior Product Owner within Supply and Logistics, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering technology solutions across Kingfisher’s end to end supply chain.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager for Group Commercial, you will define product vision, manage priorities, and drive delivery outcomes. The role focuses on embedding product ways of working while enabling a smarter, leaner, and more sustainable supply chain.
You will work closely with both business and technology stakeholders to translate operational needs into valuable product capabilities.
What’s the job?
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business priorities and user needs
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams, banners, partners, and third parties to shape new initiatives
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value and technical complexity
- Coordinate planning cycles, releases, and cross team dependencies
- Define MVPs and acceptance criteria to support effective delivery
- Track product performance using meaningful metrics and outcomes
- Build strong relationships across Technology and Supply and Logistics functions
- Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement
- Maintain awareness of market developments to drive innovation
What you’ll bring - Strong experience within Retail Supply Chain Technology
- Knowledge of Forecasting, Planning and Replenishment domains
- Experience working in Agile product environments
- Proven backlog management and prioritisation capability
- Strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in complex or ambiguous environments
- Agile training or certification is beneficial
