What’s the job? What you’ll be doing: - Leading and coordinating the daily work of the team
- Collaborating with stakeholders in an SSC environment
- Preparing, updating and reviewing procedures, process descriptions, guidelines
- Creating, updating and implementing HR documentation and forms
- Active searching for new solutions and improvements in HR area like processes automations, etc.
- Delivering the highest quality of service in personal administration and payroll operations by gathering, reviewing and preparing data for personal administration activities and payroll input
- Running required controls of documentation, reports,
- Entering and updating data in HR and payroll system
- Preparing documents regarding employees’ life cycle
- Verifying employees’ work time evidence (time sheets)
- Preparing reports, data for statutory reporting, ad hoc reports etc.
- Ensuring all data is delivered and processed in accordance with set deadlines
- Answering employee’s queries
- Substantive support for HR Administration and Payroll Junior Specialist and Specialist
- Taking active part in HR local and global projects
- Handling highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
What you’ll bring What experience you’ll bring: - Team leadership and coordination experience
- Experience working in an SSC environment
- Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration/Payroll area - including participation or leading projects
- Strong working knowledge of Polish labour law and regulations: personal administration, work time, income tax, social security regulations, social fund
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Good command of Polish and English
- Excel - working knowledge
- Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Stress resilience and ability to work under time pressure
