What’s the job?
  • Entering candidate data into the system
  • Supporting the recruitment team in ongoing operations and daily tasks
  • Creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience through regular communication
  • Monitoring the recruitment team’s mailbox and ensuring smooth communication with both employees and candidates
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports
  • Coordinating the flow of documents
  • Supporting newly hired employees by providing essential information
  • Assisting in employer branding events
  • Collaborating on improvements in talent acquisition processes and performance reporting
  • Ensuring recruitment activities are aligned with company policies
  • Cooperating with the HR team in organizing training sessions, onboarding processes, and providing support for new employees
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity within the company
  • Providing administrative and operational support to recruitment team activities
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the recruitment team manager


What you’ll bring

  • Higher education (university degree)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
