In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing the Order Sourcing roadmap within the Order Management sub-domain.
The Order Management sub-domain includes Order Sourcing, which determines where customer orders should be fulfilled from, and the Order Lifecycle, which creates a single source of truth for orders from creation through to delivery or collection.
You will work closely with Digital Customer Experience, Customer Services, Technology, Architecture, and Analytics teams to design and deliver outstanding customer and colleague experiences within an agile environment. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the Kingfisher Group and its banners, along with the opportunity to shape critical platform capabilities using modern technologies.
What’s the job?
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business priorities and user needs
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams, banners, partners, and third parties to shape new initiatives
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value and technical complexity
- Coordinate planning cycles, releases, and cross team dependencies
- Define MVPs and acceptance criteria to support effective delivery
- Track product performance using meaningful metrics and outcomes
- Build strong relationships across Technology and Supply and Logistics functions
- Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement
- Maintain awareness of market developments to drive innovation
What you’ll bring - Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or relevant subject matter expert
- Experience working on ecommerce or digital products
- Understanding of the online order journey, availability, and fulfilment sourcing
- Strong knowledge of agile principles and delivery methodologies
- Understanding of OKRs and business capability frameworks
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with offshore and third-party development teams
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight deadlines
- Confident engaging in technical discussions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Passion for solving customer and colleague problems
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and whiteboarding tools
