We’re looking for a Product Lead to help develop innovation in Own Exclusive Brand (OEB) to be more agile in new product development and be more impactful on performance.
What’s the job?

• Understand the potential additions to our retail banners ‘ask’, to take the OEB range to the full potential
• Aide in Project managing all selected OEB projects/ranges from concept through to delivery
• help lead a cross functional expert team (designers, engineers, quality, brand, packaging etc.) across OEB Range development and validation
• Identify commercial potential for my OEB range by analysing relevant data for trends and insights
• Identify requirements for OEB product development projects by using the Business/ Category direction and all the customer insights gained.
• Shared Responsible for the sales and margin performance of the OEB products within range
• Own ongoing performance review of OEB products and manage remedial actions with the banners to support overall range performance
