Overview

Kingfisher Sourcing Eastern Europe Sp. z o.o. is a buying office of the Kingfisher Group. Due to the dynamic development we are looking for candidates to join our team as: Commercial Finance Analyst
What’s the job?

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis

  • Provide support to the Sourcing Director through key financial analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting commercial KPI’s like shipments, cost price changes, synergies, rebates
  • Preparing monthly reports, gap analysis and comments
  • Analysis and validations of cost price changes
  • Be responsible for rebate collection process
  • Providing support and liaising with various functions in preparation of commercial finance KPI’s
  • Perform deep dive analysis and looking for performance improvement
  • Collate data for office income calculation and issuing the invoices

Data integrity
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in used systems
  • Designing and implementing new reports in Excel and Power BI
  • Extracting large data sets and updating existing reports

Supporting
  • Ad hoc analysis to deliver insights and propose new reporting and process improvement
  • Cooperate with other team members across the region
  • Data visualisation and presenting it to stakeholders


What you’ll bring

Required Skills & Experience:

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Strong excel skills particularly ability to manipulate and use efficiently high volumes of data
  • Power BI will be a huge advantage.
  • Ability to distil data into meaningful insight and present key headlines succinctly.


CORE KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • A proven analytical ability, creating and developing commercial analysis that drives decision making.
  • Proven experience business partnering or working with and influencing non finance teams
  • Demonstrating past experience of taking a lead on and owning projects, working efficiently to meet deadlines and using initiative to solve business problems.
  • Problem solving and decision making; open minded to ideas, makes decisions based on factual information and evidence, resolves problems promptly, prepared to make a decision rather than avoid doing so and explores a range of options before reaching a decision.
  • Retail or sourcing office experience although not essential would be an advantage
