Job description

Your mission as a Inbound Marketing Manager is to engage with and win the hearts and minds of our customers and efficiently boost our acquisition, conversion and retention efforts, thus helping Kili reach the next growth stage on an international level.

Key Responsibilities

By combining the acquired knowledge of our clients with your creativity and your writing and oral expression skills, you will:

Handle multi-channel marketing campaigns. You design and deploy impactful marketing campaigns (leveraging SEO, social media, email, ads…) relevantly targeting our buyer personae and segments to drive customer acquisition.

Build and manage contents. You imagine, craft, manage and distribute relevant and educational content (blog posts, white papers, ebooks, webinars, etc.) to attract a qualified audience and drive consistent MQLs flow, continuously refined and optimized for our buyer personae and segments.

Nurture leads. You deploy and optimize nurturing campaigns leveraging our contents through our Marketing Automation platform Hubspot.

Report performance. You establish a feedback loop with the sales team and follow in a data-driven way the lead journey across the funnel. You monitor the effectiveness of the initiatives launched and report your results efficiently. You propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas.

Preferred experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content/inbound marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Data-driven and research-oriented
  • Strong communication skills in French and English. You’re a go-to person to build narrative structure, messaging, and copy
  • Ability to understand technical concepts at a deep level and to explain easily
  • Comfortable on various Ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads…
  • Experience in Hubspot Hub Marketing is a significant plus
