Job description

In this role, you’ll…

  • Build and develop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategy using our sales and marketing tools
  • Generate new leads that suit our products and target customer
  • Devise strategies to speak with decision-makers via email, social and phone.
  • Nurture leads in the sales and marketing funnel in a way that warms them up and qualifies them for a sales demo
  • Identify which leads are likely to buy and set up qualified appointments for demos
  • Work with leadership to leverage Kameleoon partnerships and build prospect lists, accordingly
  • Prepare reports that summarize progress, surface challenges, and recommend possible solutions
  • Meet with peers and colleagues at Kameleoon France, Germany, UK to discuss best practices
  • Help build a high-functioning and positive-energy environment and prepare to onboard future team members.

Preferred experience

This position may be a good fit if you…

  • Have experience and successful track record of using prospecting strategies to develop qualified leads and achieve sales targets in B2B SaaS sales. (bonus if in e-commerce or martech).
  • Are HubSpot power user, comfortable using the tool for email sequences and to track and score leads
  • Experienced using prospecting tools e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Builtwith, Reveal and similar applications
  • Have a strong attention to detail. Bends a CRM to their will.
  • Enjoy developing new business opportunities
  • Can forecast your business – lead conversion data through to pipeline build and win rates
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Enjoy and capable to work independently
  • Are based in North America (bonus points if in Vancouver, Canada).
  • Are excited about the idea of joining a brand new team and office of a high-growth European company.
