Jus Mundi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our product experience across the entire customer journey. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our product globally by building data-driven, user-centric solutions. You’ll be part of our Product team, dedicated to delivering high-impact solutions for legal professionals worldwide. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with engineering, AI, design, marketing, and data experts.
In this role, you will:
Turn complex user needs, technical inputs, and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements
Lead the full product lifecycle for your area, from discovery to launch and iteration
Work closely with engineering, AI, design, and go-to-market teams to build and ship world-class solutions
Track product performance through qualitative and quantitative signals, and iterate rapidly
Collaborate across functions to run experiments that improve conversion, activation, and engagement
Regularly interact with users to gather insights and translate them into impactful improvements
You’ll be empowered to lead key growth initiatives, launch impactful features, and make a real difference in how legal professionals access and leverage global legal knowledge.
Must-have:
5+ years of experience in Product Management in startup and scale-up environments
Proven experience in growth, activation, or lifecycle marketing for a B2B SaaS company
Strong product sense with the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and action
A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
Experience with data analysis & experimentation frameworks
Comfortable with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and experimentation tooling
Motivated by building tools that deeply improve how people work
Strong analytical mindset and drive to deliver measurable impact
Fluent in English (French is not required)
Bonus points for:
Experience with SEO/AIO and content-driven acquisition
Familiarity with CRM & Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Background in legal tech or AI-powered products
Knowledge of pricing & packaging strategies
