As a Brazil Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting the Brazilian market and driving new business for the company.
You will be in charge of:
Prospection, development and follow-up of your prospects and clients’ portfolio via phone, mail, social network and face-to-face meetings.
Managing inbound leads, generating outbound leads, and handling them all through the sales process, until the closing.
Demonstrating the value of Jus Mundi to prospects, remotely or face-to face, and with a large public.
Managing and tracking customer information, activities, pipeline metrics and accurate forecasts in CRM.
Negotiating with legal executives.
Helping elaborate the sales strategy in terms of acquisition and retention, under the supervision of the Director of Brazil.
Learning to master our AI tools to showcase their full potential and help clients streamline their workflows.
A legal professional experience (law degree required), ideally with 3–4 years’ experience in a law firm, arbitration institution, or related environment.
You’re looking to transition into a sales/commercial role and excited about business development in the legal tech space - We’ll train you: You don’t need prior sales experience — we’ll provide full onboarding and mentoring to help you grow into the role.
You’re familiar with or eager to learn about B2B sales processes and tools (CRMs, Sales Navigator, etc.).
You’re a native Portuguese speaker, with strong professional English (Spanish is a bonus).
You’re comfortable engaging with senior legal stakeholders and speaking in public.
You’re organized, autonomous, and proactive — you bring structure and energy to your work.
You’re passionate about legal innovation, AI, and the future of law.
