The position

Job description

As a part of the team, you will work on increasing service reliability and performance. You will be a bridge between our customer success team and development teams to track, monitor, and help fix bugs in Jow’s technical stack, including our critical interface with e-grocery partners.

Main tasks:

  • Monitor overall platform reliability, incl. our e-commerce partners’ technical interfaces
  • Be in charge of exploitation and maintenance of our technical components, including our back end
  • Create new tools and develop new monitoring or automation procedures
  • Work closely with the customer success team
  • Take part in back-end development and bugfix

Preferred experience

Technical Stack:

  • NodeJS / MongoDB / PostgreSQL / redis
  • AWS cloud
  • Datadog

Ideal profile:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a similar position or in back-end development with a large part of QoS/SRE. JS environment ​​required.
  • You have a good English level (half of the team is now English-speaking! )
  • You are passionate!
  • You are curious and rigorous
  • Open-minded, you are an excellent communicator and great at interacting with non-technical teams
