The position

Job description

To accompany its growth, Jolimoi is recruiting its Head of HR. As a true business partner, your role will be to : 

1. Define and embody Jolimoi’s HR strategy

  • Define an HR policy adapted to Jolimoi’s growth,

  • Structure HR processes and ensure their implementation (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, talent management, training, employer brand…),

  • Support Managers in managing their teams,

  • Manage relations with the CSE and negotiations of company collective agreements,

  • Monitor and analyze HR KPIs in a continuous improvement approach.

2. Drive HR activities

  • Oversee staff administration and payroll handled by the Office Manager,

  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees handled by the Office Manager,

  • Support the Office Manager in the management of specific situations and his/her skills development regarding HR matters,

  • Support Managers on their recruitments (define the need, create and post job offers, salary benchmarking, job proposal…)
