Without us, Joko stops running 😅! Our mission is to operate all manual tasks required for Joko to operate in a cost-efficient, scalable, and repeatable manner. We therefore enable all other teams to focus on their core missions.

Led by Quentin, our COO, the team leverages technology and a network of partners to run.

🎯 What You Will Do

We are looking for talented people who are willing to build amazing operations!

As Central Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operating with exceptional performance our Central Operations. You will report to Quentin, our COO, and will work closely with all department leads in order to ensure prompt and efficient support for all tasks related to their scope.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will gradually structure our Centralized Operations and eventually hire and manage a rock star to help you deliver amazing results

  • You will collaborate with multiple outsourcing partners and therefore indirectly manage a team of numerous agents. You will need to build a strong relationship with them and challenge them on their results.

  • Your team will support the entire company, and you’ll therefore directly manage internal senior stakeholders, ensuring that they get the right level of support and transparency on our operations.

  • You will constantly question our ways of operating, always aiming for less manual work and easier-to-operate Standard Operating Procedures.

  • You will oversee through your team all required functions required for state-of-the-art operations: Auditing, training, knowledge base, and workforce management. You will build their associated processes and monitor how well they run.

  • You will team up with our Operations and Data engineers to build the right stack of tools. You will be deeply involved in building functional needs and rolling out new features.


Preferred experience

  • Experience: You have at least 4+ of experience in challenging environments (Consulting, Start-ups, Operations heavy businesses…)

  • Structured: You are structured and data-driven and know how to do project management and break down large problems into actionable items.

  • Management: You have experience in management, both direct and indirect. You are able to handle senior stakeholders.

  • Doer: You know how to get things done but have an extremely demanding mindset, always setting the bar higher.

  • Operation mindset: You have a passion for Operational excellence and take pride in delivering ever-better results.

  • Languages: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
