Fixed Term employment Contract from Beginning July to Mid-August ( 3 days per week : Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Your Main Responsibilities :
Achieve sales targets and analyse performance (sales figures, traffic, performance indicators).
Manage the entire sales process: welcoming, assisting, and advising customers; suggesting alternative/additional products; fostering customer loyalty; closing sales, and processing payments.
Provide each customer with a unique and personalized shopping experience.
Build and maintain a special relationship with customers to ensure loyalty.
Ensure adherence to VM (Visual Merchandising) guidelines.
Manage and optimize stock supply (labelling, anti-theft measures, product availability tracking, organization).
Promote the Maison’s image.
Maintain impeccable standards in the sales area.
Signifiant expérience in sales.
Strong Customer service skills.
Enjoys challenges.
Product sensitivity (knowledge of fashion culture and competitive landscape).
Team spirit, proactive attitude, and adaptability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
