The position

Job description

Our content is Jedha’s backbone. We believe that building the greatest content is one of the founding pillars of a great school.

As our training content grows in size, we are looking for someone passionate about education and who can share their vision and implement it in our training.

We’re looking for a Product Builder with a passion for education. Someone who can design world-class training content and build the tools and features that make learning better.

The role breaks down roughly as:

  • 80% Content Creation: Designing and writing exceptional training materials

  • 10% Teaching: Pilot sessions to validate and iterate on content

  • 5% Building & Shipping: Internal tools, automations, AI features

  • 5% Leadership: Managing projects, mentoring juniors, coordinating experts

Preferred experience

You master the modern Hybrid Stack (No-Code + AI + Code), reach for the fastest path to shipping, and you know when to add code to unlock what no-code can’t do.

Content Creation & Pedagogy

  • Technical writing is your craft. You write fluent, rigorous English that explains the why behind decisions, not just the how.

  • You absorb documentation, tutorials, and new tools quickly, and you extract what learners actually need to know.

  • You have strong opinions on what makes content outstanding, and you notice the difference between “fine” and “excellent.”

No-Code & Automation (your home base)

  • You’re a power user of no-code tools: Notion, Airtable, Webflow, Softr, Glide, or equivalent.

  • n8n / Make / Zapier are second nature (complex workflows, webhooks, JSON handling, conditional logic)

  • You think in systems: you’ve built internal tools, dashboards, or MVPs without writing a line of code.

  • You know exactly where no-code breaks, and that’s when you reach for code.

AI-Native Workflow

  • You use AI tools daily to build faster: ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, or equivalent.

  • You’re comfortable prompting your way to a working prototype.

  • You’ve integrated LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic) into real workflows or apps at least once.

Code (when no-code hits its limits)

  • JavaScript/TypeScript: you can read, modify, and write custom code steps in automations.

  • React / Next.js: you understand the basics, and you can tweak and extend existing codebases.

  • SQL: you can query, filter, and join, and you’re comfortable with Supabase, Airtable formulas, or similar.

  • You’re not a senior developer, but you’re not afraid of code. You learn fast when you need to.

Shipping & Ops

  • You’ve deployed things: Vercel, Railway, Netlify, or even just Webflow hosting.

  • Git basics: you can commit, push, and pull, and you’re not scared of GitHub.

  • You understand production basics: environment variables, API keys, and webhooks.

Content Skills

  • Technical Writing: Clear, structured, precise. You explain architecture decisions and trade-offs, not just steps.

  • Curriculum Design: You turn ambiguity into structure. A complex topic becomes a step-by-step project with clear learning outcomes.

  • Rapid Synthesis: You learn new tools fast and distill them into “Here’s what actually matters.”

  • Learner Empathy: You remember what it felt like to be lost, and you design for that.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience creating technical content (courses, tutorials, documentation, workshops). Show us

  • Expert-level no-code/automation: you’ve built real workflows, tools, or MVPs with Make/n8n/Zapier + Airtable/Notion/Webflow

  • Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript: you can write and debug custom code steps

  • Working knowledge of React/Next.js: you can navigate and modify an existing codebase

  • Practical experience with LLM APIs or AI-assisted building tools (Cursor, Lovable, Claude, etc.)

  • Basic SQL: you can query and model data

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have

  • Deeper coding skills: full Next.js apps, Supabase RLS, TypeScript fluency

  • AI engineering: RAG, embeddings, LangChain/LangGraph

  • Teaching, mentoring, or bootcamp experience

  • Background in online education or instructional design

  • Basic Figma skills

  • A portfolio of tools, automations, content, or products you’ve shipped

Personality

  • Curious, hands-on, and genuinely excited by teaching and technology.

  • You care about clarity, structure, and learner experience, not just technical correctness.

  • You can navigate ambiguity, propose options, make trade-offs, and deliver.

Recruitment process

Hiring process

  • Screening on Welcome to the Jungle (in your motivational letter, tell us what motivates you about this position and what you enjoy about tech)

  • Culture-fit interview with our Head of Content

  • Technical case

  • Interview with a team member
