Our content is Jedha’s backbone. We believe that building the greatest content is one of the founding pillars of a great school.
As our training content grows in size, we are looking for someone passionate about education and AI who can share their vision and implement it in our training, as well as implement AI solutions in our learning management system.
We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who loves education, can craft outstanding learning content, and can also ship pragmatic AI solutions inside our LMS and content production pipeline.
This role requires a combination of extensive technical expertise, pedagogical skills, and leadership in content delivery:
Content Creation (80%): Design and build top-tier training content
Teaching (10%): Test & improve new content through short teaching pilots (fit + feedback loop)
AI Solutions (5%): Integrate AI into our content process and learning experience
Leadership (5%): Lead projects, mentor junior creators/interns, and manage technical experts (internal or freelance)
Produce engaging, high-quality technical lessons, labs, projects, and assessments (data + AI) that make complex concepts intuitive for diverse audiences.
Own a segment of the curriculum: audit existing content, identify gaps, and build a roadmap for upgrades.
Maintain a strong “learning design” logic: clear objectives, progressive difficulty, meaningful exercises, and assessment alignment.
Manage the content backlog: prioritize maintenance, handle versioning, and keep content up-to-date with fast-moving tooling.
Turn cohort/teacher feedback into concrete improvements and data-driven plans (drop-off, completion, satisfaction, and success rates).
Occasionally teach or co-teach pilot sessions to validate new content and collect real-time feedback.
Use these pilots as a feedback engine: refine content, exercises, pacing, and difficulty.
If you’re passionate about education and want your work to have a visible, measurable impact, you’ll feel at home here.
Identify high-leverage opportunities to integrate AI into the content production workflow (e.g., drafting assistance, quality checks, consistency checks, exercise generation with guardrails).
Prototype and ship AI features: define scope, evaluate approaches, monitor quality, and iterate.
Contribute to internal standards: prompt patterns, evaluation protocols, safety/quality guardrails, and documentation.
Lead content projects end-to-end (planning → delivery → QA → iteration).
Mentor junior/internship content creators, setting high standards, enhancing their autonomy, and imparting best practices.
Manage technical experts (internal or freelance): briefs, deadlines, reviews, alignment with learning standards.
Participate in our board of content experts and help set content quality standards for the school.
You are a senior-level engineer who loves to teach. Your superpower is learning velocity: you can master a new framework on Tuesday and teach it on Thursday. You build production-grade demos and turn them into structured learning experiences.
GenAI & LLM Engineering:
Models: OpenAI/Anthropic APIs + Open Source (Llama, Mistral, Qwen).
RAG Stack: Embeddings, Chunking, Re-ranking (Cross-encoders), Vector Stores (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).
Agents: Function calling, Tool use, Guardrails.
Evals: LLM-as-a-judge, Golden sets, Evaluation frameworks.
Core Backend & Data:
Python: Advanced typing, Async/Await, Pydantic, Packaging (Poetry/uv).
API: FastAPI, REST standards, Rate limiting.
Data: SQL (Window functions, Modeling), Warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake), dbt, Airflow.
DevOps & Production:
Environment: Docker (Compose), Reproducible builds.
Ops: GitHub Actions (CI/CD), OpenTelemetry (Tracing/Metrics).
Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure fundamentals (IAM, Compute, Storage).
Technical Writing: You write fluent, rigorous English. You can explain why we use a tool, not just how.
Curriculum Design: You structure ambiguity. You can turn a complex topic (e.g., “Optimizing RAG Latency”) into a logical step-by-step project.
Rapid Synthesis: You read documentation and research papers effectively to extract “The New Way” of doing things.
Shipped GenAI: You have built at least one RAG or Agent system end-to-end
Fluent in English: written and spoken (non-negotiable).
Strong SQL & Python: These are the foundations of our programs.
Git pro + CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), review culture
BI: Looker / Power BI / Tableau
No-Code/Automation: Prototyping workflows with n8n or Zapier.
Basic proficiency in Figma
Familiarity with CRM ecosystems: HubSpot, Salesforce
Teaching Experience: Prior experience as a mentor, boot camp instructor, or technical blogger.
Curious, hands-on, and genuinely excited by teaching and technology.
You care about clarity, structure, and learner experience, not just technical correctness.
You can navigate ambiguity, propose options, make trade-offs, and deliver.
