Entry point for the various departments (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Business, etc.) for the implementation, maintenance and evolution of customer journeys in the SaaS tools that make up our CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Agendize , …)
You have at the same time an expert role and a project manager role, without being a developer.

What you’ll do ✏️

• Manage and configure workflows autonomously based on business needs, with the help of external suppliers and internal development teams.
• Verify end-to-end operation prior to production.
• Ensure the continuous functioning of the CRM with the minimum impact for users. There is therefore a need for monitoring, anticipation of configuration problems, diagnosis and correction of possible malfunctions.
• Be a source of proposals for the continuous improvement of courses, by relying on indicators to measure process performance.
• Document and train internal users on a regular basis.

About you 💪

• BAC + 4/5 technical or business

• 3 years of experience desired

• Required knowledge of Hubspot and / or Salesforce (configuration, workflow management)

• Tool administration (access, profiles, license)

• Training and knowledge transfer to users

• Professional English

• Project management assistance is a plus, as is a Salesforce certification
