The position

Job description

Following a significant acceleration in our acquisition performance, we’re strengthening our marketing capabilities. We’re recruiting a Social Media Manager & Content Contributor to accelerate our acquisition through various channels

Your mission: build and grow Insurte’s visibility across social media channels, while contributing to impactful content on our blog.

Key Activities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Co-define and implement Insurte’s global social media strategy across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin, etc.)

  • Create and schedule regular, high-quality content aligned with our tone of voice and brand image in collaboration with our International Content Manager

  • Develop community engagement — interact with followers, respond to comments, and grow an authentic audience.

  • Launch and manage paid influence social campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and proactively propose creative content ideas.

Content Creation

  • Write engaging blog posts, and short-form content focused on travel, Schengen, and European mobility/regulation.

  • Adapt written content for various formats (video scripts, infographics etc…).

  • Contribute to the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment between web, SEO, and social content.

Visual & Video Production

  • Create, edit, and optimize videos, and short clips for social media.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling visuals.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions).

  • Prepare regular reports and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithms, and content formats.


Preferred experience

Required Skills:

  • Native speaking or Fluent English is necessary (C2) — written, spoken, and backed by 3–5 years of full-time professional experience using English daily.

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

  • Proven ability to create engaging content in English, from storytelling to visuals and short videos.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience growth, trends, and engagement mechanics.

  • Affinity for blog writing.

  • Basic understanding of SEO.

  • Proficiency with creative tools (AI, Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar).

  • Curious, agile, and resourceful — you’re comfortable switching between strategy, writing, and hands-on creation.

  • A natural communicator who thrives in an international, cross-functional environment.
