As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work collaboratively with Product owners, developers, quality engineers, UI/UX designers in order to meet our common goal: build the best customer engagement products and solutions!
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical and user documents, in compliance to the company’s established standards and guidelines. Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
Create, compile and deliver software development documentation artifacts.
Review, revise, modify or edit documents prepared by others.
Create, enrich Product Glossary.
Create and maintain the information architecture.
How we work
Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.
Our full technical stack
3+ years’ experience in technical writing of software documentation.
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Fluent in English (excellent written and spoken skills).
Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
Nice to have
- Good level in French.
