Kick off your career in Infor with our two Early Talent programs under permanent contracts :
- Our Early Talent program as an Associate Consultant consists of both training in our academy and working on projects to provide you with hands-on experience in several key business areas. It is a cross-functional program with a focus on business processes, techniques, methods, and IT solutions. This will give you a solid foundation in running innovative local and global Infor projects from both an IT and a business perspective. By the end of the program, you will be ready to work on many of our different and exciting customer projects.
- Our Early Talent program as a Business Development, Associate consists of both training with shadowing and structured training and onboarding to provide you with hands-on experience in generating qualified sales opportunities for our field sales team. You will learn to develop key target accounts within our core-focused industries. You will have the chance to work closely with the appropriate sales executives to be able to articulate a powerful value proposition to a decision-maker in one of their target accounts. This will give you a solid foundation in to become an expert in all aspects of the role, prospecting, qualifying, generating leads, and building new business for Infor.

Team rituals and events
The team meetings will depend on your location and your teams. Many team meetings are organised in sports (running, padel, football, beachball). We also have humanitarian events organised, such as fundraising for NGOs in many charity events. Sometimes teams work remotely. For this purpose, we organise at least one team meeting per year in Europe at one of our locations. Other events such as Christmas parties
