Description de vos missions
Nous recherchons notre directeur marketing digital international F/H pour diriger notre équipe marketing digital.
Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, vous serez responsable de la mise en place, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion de la stratégie marketing digitale au niveau mondial.
En tant que membre de l’équipe de direction, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la réalisation de nos objectifs de croissance.

Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director to lead our marketing team.
In charge of this newly created position, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy worldwide.
We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies, making use of all relevant B2C digital marketing channels and e-commerce tools in an international environment.
Being part of the management team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.
Digital Marketing Director duties and responsibilities
Develop an overall digital marketing strategy across all channels (owned, earned, paid), all e-commerce environments and all countries where we operate.
Build, lead, and manage a team of best-in-class internal and external digital marketing staff located in different countries, sourcing and using digital agencies and group resources whenever appropriate.
Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaigns, organisational objectives and ROI are met.
Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including e-commerce teams in all countries and Product/IT departments to ensure all digital efforts are co-ordinated.
Plan and manage budgets across all digital channels and platforms: SEO, email, display, search, social media, influencers…
Create and manage an innovative content strategy using different formats (blogs, video, 3D,…).Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimisation initiatives to maximise marketing ROI.
Build and manage a successful brand platform and attractive visual identity.
Monitor competitors determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new channels, platforms and systems to optimise marketing tech stack, productivity and effectiveness.

Le poste peut être basé soit à Antony (92, France) au sein du siège social du Groupe Infopro Digital soit à Sparkford (Somerset, UK) où une grande partie de l’équipe Haynes est localisée.
Digital Marketing Director requirements
The role can be based in Antony (South of Paris, France) at the headquarters of Infopro Digital or in Sparkford (Somerset, UK) where most of the Haynes team is located. Part-time remote work is available.
The role involves travel in Europe and USA.
