職務概要

デジタルマーケティング講師は、日本国内で実施されるINCOのプログラムにおいて、高品質な研修セッションを企画・実施します。
参加者が実践的なスキルや知識を習得できるよう支援し、積極的な参加を促し、プログラム修了およびキャリア形成や就職の成果に貢献します。

このポジションには、高度な専門知識、優れたファシリテーションスキル、多様な背景や学習レベルを持つ学習者に合わせて指導方法を適応させる能力が求められます。

主な職務内容

研修の実施

• INCOのカリキュラムに基づき、オンラインで参加者を引き込むような研修を実施

• 日本の学習者の状況や文化的背景に配慮し、内容を調整

• 参加を促進し、誰もが安心して学べる包括的な環境を整備

  準備およびフォローアップ

• プログラムマネージャーと連携し、教材やスライドを事前に確認・調整

• 出席記録、セッション要約、必要書類を期限内に提出

受講者エンゲージメントとサポート

• 質問対応やフィードバック、ガイダンスを通じて、学習者を積極的にサポート

• 追加サポートが必要な受講者を特定し、プログラムマネージャーに報告

• 履歴書（CV)　および／またはポートフォリオのワークショップを実施

モニタリングと評価

• INCOが提供する評価手段（課題、クイズ、アンケート等）を用いて学習成果を評価

• 受講者の進捗や成果についてチームにフィードバック

調整とコミュニケーション

• プログラムチームとの計画会議、調整ミーティング、振り返り会議に参加

• セッション内容や学習者に関する更新事項を迅速に報告

求める人物像

• デジタルマーケティング分野での講師・ファシリテーター経験

• 社会人学習者を対象としたリスキリングまたはアップスキリングの指導経験

• 日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（英語でのやりとりに抵抗がない方歓迎）

• 優れた進行管理能力および報告スキル

• ZoomやGoogle Meetなどオンライン研修ツールの使用経験

• 契約期間：各プログラムサイクルに応じて定義

• 勤務地：原則リモート勤務（必要に応じて対面セッションあり）

• 報酬：競争力のある時給（研修準備・本番・学習者サポート・報告を含む）

• 稼働時間：週8〜16時間程度（プログラムの進行状況に応じて変動の可能性あり）

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Expert Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training sessions for INCO’s programs in Japan. The trainer ensures that participants gain practical digital marketing skills and knowledge, supports learners’ professional development journey, and contributes to program completion and placement outcomes.

This role requires digital marketing expertise, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to learners with diverse needs and varying levels of readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Training Facilitation

• Deliver engaging live online training sessions based on INCO’s curriculum.

• Ensure content is adapted to Japanese learners’ context, including cultural nuances.

• Promote an inclusive and respectful learning environment that encourages participation.

  Preparation and Follow-up

• Prepare and review curriculum and presentation materials before sessions with the program manager.

• Submit attendance, session summaries, and required documentation on time.

  Learner Engagement and Support

• Actively support learners through Q&A, feedback, and guidance.

• Identify learners requiring extra support and flag to the program manager.

• Lead a CV and/or portfolio workshop.

  Monitoring and Evaluation

• Support learner assessments, quizzes, surveys, and other evaluation activities.

• Share timely feedback on learner performance with the program manager.

  Coordination and Communication

• Participate in planning, coordination, and debrief meetings with the program manager.

• Maintain responsive communication regarding session updates or learner issues.

  Professional Standards

• Represent INCO in line with its values of inclusion, respect, and empowerment.

• Protect the confidentiality of learner data and proprietary content.

• Adhere to agreed schedules and contractual obligations.

• Proven experience as an instructor or facilitator in digital marketing.

• Proven ability to adapt teaching methods for young adults and adults who are upskilling, reskilling, or re-entering the workforce.

• Excellent communication skills in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus.

• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

• Comfort with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and collaborative tools.

• Experience in training underserved or underrepresented groups in Japan.

• Experience working with an international team. English proficiency is a plus.

• Understanding of Japanese workforce and career development context.
