Role Overview

You will join our Engineering team and take a lead role in designing, building, and deploying Inbolt’s web applications used directly by our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management (PM), guide the technical direction, and mentor a small team full-stack engineers.


What You Will Do

  • Own the architecture and technical direction of Inbolt Studio and related web services

  • Design and develop front end and back end features for customer-facing applications

  • Build and scale APIs, data models, and real-time data flows for industrial use cases

  • Integrate computer vision and robotics features into reliable, production-grade systems

  • Define and enforce best practices on code quality, testing, and observability

  • Investigate and resolve production issues with a strong focus on robustness and UX

  • Work closely with Product Management to shape the roadmap and refine specifications

  • Mentor and support full-stack engineers, perform code reviews, and drive technical alignment across the team


Preferred experience

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, including at least 2 years in a lead or staff role

  • Strong experience in Python for back end development

  • Solid front end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React

  • Experience designing and implementing APIs (HTTP REST, gRPC) and data models

  • Experience with real-time or data intensive web applications

  • Comfortable owning projects end to end, from design to production

  • Fluent in English. French is a plus.

Additional Plus

  • Experience with edge computing, industrial systems, robotics, or computer vision

  • Experience with real-time constraints, streaming architectures, or distributed systems

  • Experience in B2B SaaS products with technical users
