The position

Job description

The Scientific Team (5 persons) builds all the scientific programs of our events along with the Boards of Doctors and manages all content and speaker participation-related matters.

> You will work as an Assistant Project Manager to support the preparation of scientific programs for various IMCAS events (IMCAS World, Americas, Asia, China, etc.). You will report to each manager in charge.

> You will assist the project manager of IMCAS Academy e-learning platform with webinar support and online content.

> You will be working with colleagues across various departments (graphic design, sales, logistics, marketing, etc.).

> You will take part in IMCAS World Congress in Paris and other events around the world (on-site events)

This position requires meticulousness, organization, and a high level of energy.

  • You are organized, rigorous and enjoy handling several projects simultaneously

  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • You understand the importance of regular reporting and structured processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Tourism, Event Management, or a related discipline. Experience in the hospitality/event industry or in the education/training field is a plus.

  • Native or C1/C2 level English. Portuguese, Chinese, or Spanish is a plus

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment where initiative and autonomy are valued.
