The position

Job description

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will join a dynamic, close-knit team that is constantly seeking to innovate in its HR practices. Your responsibilities will include: 

Recruitment

·       Oversee the entire recruitment process, from gathering staffing needs from operational teams to onboarding new hires (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, interns, and apprentices)

·       Manage the onboarding process

·       Develop and maintain partnerships with schools and participate in school forums

·       Update our recruitment platforms

Legal Affairs

·       Provide technical support in the negotiation and drafting of collective agreements and company-level agreements; assist in preparing meetings with employee representative bodies

·       Support the management of individual employee cases, including potential disciplinary procedures, disputes, departures, etc.

Personnel Administration

·       Manage employee records and personnel administration (health insurance, employee savings plans, meal vouchers, public transportation passes, etc.)

·       Handle absence management (vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc.) and coordinate occupational health appointments

·       Serve as the main point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters

Payroll / HR Controlling

·       Monitor time tracking data in the Lucca HRIS

·       Prepare and submit variable payroll elements

·       Track HR KPIs

Training and Development

·       Collaborate with operational teams to identify training needs

·       Coordinate with training providers and OPCOs, including price negotiations

·       Organize training sessions (group creation, sending invitations and confirmations, logistical coordination)

·       Manage post-training administration and update the training plan


Preferred experience

·       You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources and have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role within an international environment.

·       You are recognized for your initiative, autonomy, diplomacy, and organizational skills, particularly in handling complex cases. Your interpersonal and listening skills allow you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

·       Comfortable with data and figures, you are organized and curious, with a strong ability to address tasks with precision and responsiveness.

·       Fluent English and French are required (daily work in English and French).       

·       Proficient with IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

·       A good working knowledge of Silae Payroll and Lucca HRIS is a plus.
