Expert Services department oversees all the customization’s projects of our customers (OEM or Dealers).  

This department will include different roles to follow and advise our customers, and to provide them some specific developments. Product Analysts will handle the relationship with customers to provide all what is needed to develop specific needs, using NextLane Platform technology. Analysts, developers and testers will handle the development phase under the responsibility of project’s managers. 

Main missions

·       Develop and manage the applications and systems according to current standards 

·       Participate in development projects and meet targets 

·       Analysis and troubleshooting 

·       Participate in the support process 

·       Document work, create and update system documentation and provide support for tests and user documentation 

·       Active participation in setting requirements, systematization and time estimation of upcoming or ongoing development 

·       Good internal communication with colleagues 

·       Good communication externally with customers
