As part of Iceberg Data Lab’s Customer Success team, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Client Onboarding Assistance
Support the onboarding and training of new clients and help manage relationships during the first month of their contracts. Assist in organizing and delivering initial training sessions on Iceberg Data Lab’s products.
2. Client Support
Serve as the first point of contact for basic client inquiries and assist in escalating more complex client requests to the Research or IT teams. Track the resolution of these requests. Help manage and follow up on client queries, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Client Genius
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enrich the customer knowledge database and competitive watch. Assist in developing cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer experience. Help analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and provide insights to improve offerings and service delivery.
We are looking for a student currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Environmental Studies, or a related field. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, including fluency in English, and is able to interact professionally with clients. An interest in Fintech, ESG, or data-related solutions is a plus. We also value candidates who are well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment while collaborating with various departments across the company.
