Their story
ICAMAP was founded in 2013 by Guillaume Poitrinal (ex-CEO of Unibail Rodamco), Harm Meijer (ex-JP Morgan) and Alexandre Aquien (ex-Goldman Sachs). ICAMAP launched its first real estate fund in 2014 with €500Mn of equity under management. Since this first launch, ICAMAP has raised two additional funds: ICAWOOD and ICAMAX. As of 31-dec-21, ICAMAP manages €1.7Bn of equity on behalf of 28 institutional and family office investors.

Through ICAWOOD, its low carbon development fund, ICAMAP is committed to reducing the carbon footprint of buildings over their lifecycle. As of end-March 2022, ICAWOOD has 330,000 sqm of low carbon buildings under construction / refurbishment or in development.
