Join Hyperline, a fast-growing company in the billing infrastructure space. As the Head of Sales, you will lead and scale our existing sales team, support their growth, and work on our go-to-market strategy. You should be fluent in French and English, have excellent communication skills, and have experience leading sales teams with annual contract values between €10,000 and €100,000.

At Hyperline, most deals are closed by sales. Billing is a critical infrastructure and customers want to talk to experts and be accompanied during their buying process. While most of our leads are coming from inbound channels, our sales team is working hard to create opportunities from people who haven’t yet heard about us.
We’re looking for a a sales leader who has previous management experience but still feels like being on the ground. The main mission will be to support, coach and scale our existing sales team while working on our GTM strategy with the other revenue leaders.
There are currently 3 full stack AEs in the team and your role will be to hire between 5 and 10 new teammates to support our growth.
