Head of Growth & Marketing (Paris)

Join Hyperline, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, as the Head of Growth & Marketing. The position

Job description

At Hyperline, we are convinced that an efficient inbound strategy, a strong brand and regular growth initiatives are key to our success in a highly competitive market like ours.

Today 80% of our new revenue comes from inbound and we want to scale these channels massively.

The scope of the role will be broad initially, from general marketing (like content and brand) to growth initiatives and will then be split across new hires as the company grows and our strategy shows promising signs.

We’re looking for someone who still likes being hands-on while having a strategic view and who will be autonomous to build and execute their roadmap.

We find time to be an extremely valuable resource and will always find the right balance between working with freelancers or agencies and do the work ourselves, so you’ll be deciding what to delegate and what you do.

As a Head of Marketing and Growth you will

  • Own and develop our brand strategy

  • Be responsible for our public content (website, socials, blog, publications, podcasts, etc…)

  • Work closely with sales and product on positioning and product marketing

  • Structure regular growth initiatives to push specific modules, campaigns or announcement

  • Expand our current event strategy in Europe and the US, both online and physical

  • Own our lead generation strategy, including tracking and reporting with operations

You are the ideal candidate if you..

  • Are fluent both in French and English

  • Have excellent oral & written communication skills

  • Are based in Paris, France or open to relocate

  • Have experience leading marketing initiatives in a B2B SaaS company

  • Have on-the-ground experience with marketing and growth projects

  • Management experience isn’t necessary
