After graduating at the ESCP Business School, from a specialized master's degree in marketing in Buenos Aires and training in major groups (L'Oréal, Yves Rocher, LVMH), Pauline finally decided to invest her energy in a meaningful, human-scale project.
She joined Hublo at the end of 2017 to build the Customer Success team. During one year, she worked to support healthcare institutions in the digitalization of their practices. In 2019, she took the lead of the entire Customer Relationship department (2 teams: Customer Success and User Support) and since then participates in the implementation of a high level customer relationship management.
If she's not planning her future trip, she's certainly filling out her Bucket list of unlikely activities to do in Paris.
After graduating from Paris Dauphine and INSTN (CEA school), Guerric worked in the renewable energy sector for 4 years, mainly focusing on M&A on European, Asian and north African markets.
Guerric has always been involved in associations RED CROSS, FONDEM, Earthrace and cofound ACI-stance (humanitarian school association).
After period as employee, he has decided to have a bigger impact at work and cofounded Whoog as CEO. Few years later he cofounded Hublo as CSO. His mission is to ensure that Hublo has the capacity to grow strongly abroad on the heathcare sector and exploring new territories.
In his free time, he loves get free time with his family, have fun with wind's sports and mountain hike with friends.
After graduating from HEC business school, Antoine worked in the strategic consulting firm Roland Berger for 4 years, mainly focusing on Healthcare projects in France, Germany and several other countries. He later joined Le Wagon and learnt to code.
Antoine co-founded Hublo in 2016 and, as CEO, his mission is to make sure the vision is clear, and that the company has all the human and financial means to deploy its strategy.
In his free time, he loves skiing, playing football and video games with friends.
After obtaining his BS.c in Software Engineering from Syria, Hazem worked as a Software Engineer in the largest Telecommunications company in Syria for almost one year, mainly working on in-house development of a queueing system. After that he continued his studies in France and got his MS.c in Management of Technology, during which he worked as an IT Consultant for Orange.
Hazem joined the tech team at Hublo in June 2020 as a Software Engineer, his mission is to contribute to the improving the existing functionalities in Hublo’s platform, develop new features and functionalities and manage scalability issues besides taking part in the the recruitment process as he has good knowledge and experience in algorithms.
Outside of work, Hazem does stand-up comedy in English all around Paris, plays the cajon in a band and also loves to play basketball!
After graduating from HEC in 2007, Dorothée has always evolved around Sales but first made her mark mainly in Industry (Lafarge, OCP, Otis) in Chile, France and Morocco. She then discovered the world of start-ups as Sales Manager for a customer relationship solution. In search of meaning, she joins Hublo at the beginning of 2019 as Head of Sales.
Dorothée manages the sales team (SDR, business developers and account executives). Her role is to accompany them in their job and to give them the right processes and tools to perform.
When she is not looking at the business results, Dorothée divides her time between Paris and Normandy where she practices on the tennis courts or enjoys a good glass of wine by the fireplace.
Hublo builds a simple and user-friendly digital platform to help hospitals, clinics and retirement homes find staff easily and efficiently, so that they can refocus on their core mission: saving lives.
Better managing staff on a daily basis, saving time and improving the quality of life at work are strong issues highlighted by the Covid-19 crisis. During this crisis, pursuing its mission, Hublo pro bono offered its platform by creating the initiative #Renforts-Covid, to encourage solidarity among healthcare professionals. In partnership with 11 of the 13 regional branches of the Health Ministry in France, Hublo helped gather more than 60,000 volunteer professionals in 2 months, who supported 6,000 healthcare facilities in crucial need for extra-hands during this epidemic.
At the end of 2020, Hublo is deployed in almost 2,000 healthcare facilities and is used by more than 200,000 healthcare professionals, thus contributing to the healthcare system digitization and to the hospital of the future.
From +100 team members today in Paris and Sophia-Antipolis, the Hublo team is still growing in France and beyond. Recently, they opened an office in Cologne in Germany.
